Elite Boutique Hotel

The location is really nice, in a good area, but the rest was a disaster. The staff were lovely and the place looked nice, which makes it a shame. There were ants all over the room, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. It had pillows, technically, but they were as thin as cheesecloth. The toilet was unusable because flushing brought all the water back up. When I went to turn on the shower, the pressure gauge came loose and fell out. The bathroom door was faulty too. We got locked inside and only managed to get out after some effort. For a four-star hotel, this falls a long way short.

The breakfast was excellent, and the young man who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful. We spent one night in a clean, pleasantly scented room. It was very quiet, just steps from the sea.

The cleaning ladies did a really good job, and the cleanliness was excellent. There’s room to improve the welcome and breakfast. The room could also use a larger refrigerator, one that fits more than two half-liter bottles, and a drying rack on the balcony for beach towels.

The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, and there’s free Wi-Fi and Sky. The owner’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and courtesy set a lovely tone at this little gem on the Roseto seafront. The building is charming, clean, and well designed, with an exquisite view over the Roseto sea. It’s a delightful place to spend a vacation or hold another kind of event. It deserves countless compliments, so if you get the chance, stop here. Truly top-notch.
