The reception staff were pleasant and friendly, and breakfast was good. Beyond that, the hotel didn’t leave me with a positive impression. The furniture is old and worn, the metal window frames let in outside noise, and there was visible dirt on the air conditioner. The bathroom curtain is too short, so water ends up all over the floor after a shower. The place needs a major renovation.

Service was the one good thing. The food was OK, but the hotel itself was dirty. We had a room for 2 people with dirty bedsheets, and our friends found mold on their ceiling. Our shower didn’t work well and left water all over the floor. The walls are thin, so we could always hear the elevator. They were dirty too, and the lighting wasn’t good.

We were here as part of a tour package, and breakfast was the weakest part. There were 2 separate breakfast areas, so I understood that you had to ask which breakfast they would offer you. The rooms were clean but old, and the refrigerator made noise. The air conditioning worked. I definitely won’t stay here again.

There were bedbugs in our room, which I have a photo of, and they were seen in both the bedroom and bathroom. I’d give 0 stars if I could. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t heated, and the rooms need renovation. There were practically no outlets in the room. I don’t recommend staying here.

The only downside was that the 2 beds were pushed together to make one big bed. Everything else was good, especially being able to book a room later than 10 pm, unlike at most hotels. I don’t get why this place has 3 stars. The staff are really nice and friendly, and the room was perfectly clean, with a nice white towel and clean, pure white bedsheets. I’m absolutely sure this hotel deserves at least 4 stars😉😊
