10/10

The owner was nice and accommodating, and the service was very good. I only stayed one night, but the room was perfect, very clean, and had everything I needed. It's a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was a bit expensive for me as a student, though it's the least expensive option in town. I recommend it.

I felt really itchy in bed in the small double room. The place seemed somewhat maintained, and the Google location is correct. This region of Italy is rife with bedbugs.

Just a bed, and no breakfast.
