Hotel cortaccia sanvitale

The whole thing felt careless and unprofessional. After I booked, I saw that the room price had gone down, so I could have reserved it later for less. Worse, the hotel never answered any of my messages before arrival. When we got there in the evening, there was no parking and no clear advice about where to leave the car. We had to find somewhere else to sleep at the last minute, which completely spoiled the start of our vacation. Nobody helped us, and we didn’t get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing, from the location to the rooms, and the staff were very friendly.

On our way to Tuscany, we stopped for one night and got a good sleep before driving the last stretch to our destination. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were good, and the building is beautiful in a peaceful location. Most of all, the friendly people made it a lovely start to our holiday. Everyone working there welcomed us with a warm smile. Highly recommended, and thanks again!

Every room has its own character, with historic features from the castle, and the hotel is both comfortable and very clean, with all the facilities you’d expect. The staff welcomed us warmly and were happy to help with anything. It’s a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. I feel lucky to have stayed here and will definitely return. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
