We've travelled all over Rome and Italy and stayed in some amazing places, and what a journey this has been. We came to Serlano to see the Almalfi coast line without paying the ridiculous accommodation prices. The area isn't the glitter strip, and the buildings are a little older and maybe not where you'd expect. But don't miss staying here. This lady's accommodation and service were better than some hotels we've stayed in. She's so cheerful and helpful, and the rooms are clean. She told us where to eat and what to do, and went out of her way to help with the things I left on the train. Amazing help with everything.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked really well. The staff knew their stuff, and the location was excellent, near the metro, buses, restaurants, and other amenities. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast were included, with excellent amenities all around.

We stayed from August 21st to 23rd 2022, my sister, me, and two little girls. Monica was so humble, kind, available, and always smiling. In short, she was wonderful, like a friend or sister. We'll definitely be back.

Mrs. Monica welcomed us with so much kindness. The discretion and cleanliness were wonderful, and breakfast was exceptional. I'd gladly come back a thousand times. Many thanks to her.

The room was welcoming and had the amenities we needed, and breakfast was abundant. The location was excellent, with all amenities nearby. Ms. Monica was helpful and available whenever we had an issue. I'd gladly return.
