The location is the best part. Breakfast was very poor and not really included, just a few things to prepare yourself in the apartment. Central Parking nearby is a great option, but the owner forgot to mention it's in a ZTL area. They remove the car's license plate so we won't get a report.
I felt really comfortable here. It was quiet, secure and very comfortable, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the seafront close by too. The view wasn't great, but the location made up for it. It's a historic building.
I was here for work, and everything about my stay at B&B La Dimora del Barone went perfectly. It's modern, tastefully furnished and has every comfort. The cleanliness was impeccable, which matters a lot to me when I travel. Its location is handy whether you're in Salerno for work or hoping to explore the city and nearby areas. A welcoming place with real attention to detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!
The apartments are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. Breakfast is included, and you can pick it up at the cafe on the corner. The staff there are really friendly. We had an excellent stay at La dimora del Barone. Thanks for everything, Enzo!
The apartment was lovely to look at, with modern and industrial-style furnishings, and the host was kind and helpful from the first message when I booked. It had most of what we needed for a pleasant holiday: plates, glasses, breakfast mugs, a washing machine, shower and whirlpool tub. I did miss having a dishwasher and a microwave to heat food quickly. We also had to buy dish soap and a sponge when we arrived, since the sponge there was worn out and the soap was nearly empty. Breakfast was included, but there was no milk, so we had to buy some ourselves. It's in a historic building on Via Mercanti, on the first floor with no elevator, and the apartment I stayed in was one of two separate units there. The location is enviable, in Salerno's historic center near both Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the Salerno Cathedral. A week's stay felt a little expensive, and those missing items keep it from a full five stars, but I'd still recommend the Baron's residence for short or long stays.
