Bellerive Lifestyle Hotel

The front desk went out of their way to arrange transportation for us, and both the rooms and location were stunning. We stayed a little over a year ago, but I still think about the visit all the time. I loved staying here and can't wait to return.

We loved the calm, refined atmosphere and the convenient base for exploring Salò. The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant, comfortable rooms and lovely lake views. Staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality products. Highly recommended.

The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and attentive throughout. We were only a couple of minutes' walk from the town center, while the hotel's spot just outside it stayed calm and uncrowded. We had an amazing holiday in Saló and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. Do treat yourself to the tasting menu at Lerive. We tried it twice and loved it both times. Thanks to everyone at the hotel, we hope to return next year.

I recently stayed here and came away disappointed. A friend happened to be at the same hotel, and we were both upset by the poor treatment we received from the same employee. I also read reviews from other guests with similar backgrounds, which made it seem like this may not be an isolated experience. I felt there was a clear lack of cultural sensitivity toward guests from our region. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the hotel more respectful and welcoming to everyone, especially given its five-star rating and potential. I wouldn't recommend it to people coming from the Gulf, as you may not be treated well.
