The location and views were lovely, and each apartment had privacy for a peaceful stay. Both the owner and facility manager were kind and available. Still, we'd rate this accommodation poorly because of the condition of the 400years old trullo where we stayed. We knew we'd be the first guests of the year, but the place overall, especially inside the trullo, felt run down. The furniture seemed worn and neglected, the kitchen appliances were old, and details felt uncared for. With the humidity and lack of proper ventilation, there was also an unpleasant smell. I hope this feedback helps improve things and makes the place cozier. The management did genuinely ask for honest feedback.

The little Trulo was quiet and unlike a typical place, with an amazing setup, open-air kitchen and lovely views. We stayed for two nights and had amazing hosts. If you're looking for something different, you'll love it. ❤️

We stayed in Liama Piccola, a charming place with dry-stone tuff walls and a beautiful sea view. It has a bathroom with a windowed shower, a double bedroom, an outdoor kitchen, and a patio with a sundeck. There's also a washing machine and barbecue. The other facilities around the residence are spaced far enough away to give everyone privacy and quiet. Set in a large, well-kept natural area, the property lets you slow down and unwind from the rush of everyday life. Renate and Marco were wonderful, always ready to respond to guests' requests. I also recommend it for welcoming our furry friends at no extra cost, provided their owners respect good manners. This lovely residence comes highly recommended. Thank you.

The location worked really well for exploring the south. We could head toward Leuca or choose the Ionian or Adriatic coast depending on the wind, and the views of the “Maldives of Salento” were lovely. The grounds are spacious and beautiful, and the little Liama apartment was fantastic. It had a sea-view outdoor kitchen, a washing machine, oven and microwave, a comfy bed, and a steady indoor temperature with air conditioning if we wanted it. We also used the barbecue outside a couple of times. Marco and Renate made us feel at home from the start. They were warm and helpful while still giving us space, and their guide and updates about local events helped us decide what to see and attend. One highlight was the opera festival in Capo di Leuca, with soloists from the Verona Arena. They also welcomed our little Joy without an extra charge, which I really appreciated. We stayed in early September and left feeling rested and recharged. With the comfort and care we got here, we’ll definitely come back.
