Marilena was always there if we needed help, and they even let us stay through the whole afternoon on our last day. We spent three nights at this B&B and found it spotless and welcoming. It’s fully equipped, breakfast is included, and there’s even a barbecue area. SUPER!

The 9 rating on Booking set expectations high, but our two-night stay was a total disappointment. We booked a double room through Booking, and the photos of the balconies and breakfast didn’t match what we found. There were no curtains, so we had no privacy, and the balcony was a mess with no panoramic view, just a view of what looked like construction ruins. Breakfast was supermarket snacks and a Colomba cake left over from Easter. We arrived at the agreed time, but waited 30 minutes in the lobby because the staff weren’t punctual. Then we were shown to a room with no chair and nowhere to hang even a towel. Mix-ups can happen, especially in low season when it’s quieter, but we would have appreciated a polite response or even a simple apology. Instead, the owner angrily scolded us over the phone for what they considered unfounded complaints, saying they were the best and the only ones in Fiumefreddo with a 9 on Booking. Professionalism and customer service certainly weren’t strengths here. We literally left after the first day, and won’t repeat the experience. The anniversary was ruined.

We chose this B&B after friends recommended it and were very happy with the stay. With small children, we needed a few particular things, so we picked a room with a kitchenette. It’s close to the sea, the rooms are clean and well looked after, and both the owner and staff were professional. Breakfast was good quality.

We found this place at the last minute and only stopped for one night, using it as a base in the area. The cleanliness, organization, and friendly welcome were a very pleasant surprise. There’s clear water and wide beaches nearby, and the area is quiet. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay. Thanks again.
