International Hotel & Suite

The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. A pleasant place with friendly service, a great breakfast, and an ideal location.

The extra charge for parking was frustrating, especially with a palm tree planted right in the middle of the lot making it hard to park. We had booked a double room for two, but were also made to pay extra for the second guest. The receptionist came across as very arrogant and was no help. The room smelled bad as soon as we walked in. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken, there was rust everywhere, and we found hair on the floor. The walls were dirty too, and cleanliness overall was extremely poor. We came from Romania and stayed in four places in Italy. This was easily the worst of them. They call it a four-star hotel, but I don't think it even deserves two. A total disappointment and not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your stay in Italy.

The breakfast had plenty of variety, and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Our room was cleaned perfectly every time, too. I'm nearing the end of an almost month-long stay, and the team deserves a big thank you. The staff, receptionists, and managers handled problems and all sorts of requests to a very high standard. They were open-minded and genuinely caring. This hotel should be your first choice whether you come in high or low season. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I hope the renovation goes well and things keep getting better. Big applause to the whole team!

They even had a dog treat ready when we arrived, which was a nice touch. We stayed for two weeks and I do recommend the hotel. It's pet-friendly.
