The rooms are perfect, and the air conditioning could cool you all the way to the Arctic Circle, even when it's really cold. The owner puts his heart into everything and offered us free, covered, secure parking. Driving around is inconvenient, so he also lent us bicycles at no charge. I felt at home despite being 300km away. The location is close to every kind of service, and this has become my regular place in San Benedetto del Tronto. Thanks again.

The terrace, which belongs to the apartment, is huge and spectacular. We also appreciated the two bathrooms, including one with a hot tub. The apartment itself is spacious, well furnished, and very well maintained, with a great spot near the center and sea. Guests can use bicycles, and the price includes a beach umbrella at a partner chalet and free parking a few minutes' walk away. Cristiano and his father were especially helpful, courteous, and available before and throughout our vacation.

We picked the biggest apartment, with a lovely hot tub and a terrace on the top floor furnished with a table and lounge chairs. It was clean, well equipped, and the host was kind and ready to help with what we needed. The location is right in the center and makes getting to the beach easy, with free bikes to use. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

We spent four days there with friends the week before Ferragosto (August 15th), and the location was so central that we didn't need the car or buses at all. Graziano welcomed us, helped out, and gave us advice like we were his own children. He let us use the terrace, bicycles, and the umbrella and loungers at Chalet Luigi whenever we wanted.

The bikes made the seafront easy to reach in no time, and the property is right in the historic center of San Benedetto del Tronto, close to bars and other amenities. Staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the bathrooms were in excellent shape. Our stay was incredible. I recommend it.
