A parking spot right outside the building made arrival easy, and the ski bus stop and well-stocked supermarket are only a few steps away. The host greeted us warmly and explained the apartment, skiing, and local transport around San Candido and the surrounding area. We stayed in January 2026 with our family. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, with underfloor heating, a big TV, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. We were very happy here and would stay again next time we visit San Candido. Thanks for everything!

Jurgen met us when we arrived, walked us through the apartment, and suggested some restaurants. He was friendly and helpful, and even came to thank us in person when we left. The place looked newly renovated, with nice furnishings and excellent cleanliness. We especially liked the balcony view and the location near the town center. We really enjoyed our stay and would return anytime. Excellent service!

I was very happy with a week in apartment no. 4. It's spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with welcoming, well-kept rooms. Getting to the center, nearby amenities, or the slopes was quick and easy from this strategic location. The living area feels a little dated, though. A TV in the bedroom or a newer, higher-performance one in the living room would be a nice improvement. Even so, I had a great stay and thought the value for money was excellent.

The owner was very helpful, and we had a great weekend. Our apartment was lovely, carefully finished, fully equipped, and spotless. It’s only about a two-minute walk from the center of San Candido. Thanks, Jürgen!
