The owner was very helpful and lives nearby, so it was easy to get in touch. The house was neat and clean, and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook for 2-3 days. Getting around is very convenient if you have your own vehicle. The location was very nice.

We'd gladly come back. The apartment is welcoming, spacious, and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely patio. It's easy to reach attractions from here, while San Fermo della Battaglia itself stays quiet. Alessandro and his family were kind and quick to respond when we needed anything.

The balconies have lovely wide views and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious, practical, and tastefully furnished, and the owners were always courteous and helpful. With public services, shops, and a pharmacy close by, it's a convenient base for families or couples. Como city center and Switzerland are only minutes away, and Lake Como and Milan are easy to reach too.

We were very happy with the spacious Ricky apartment for our shopping weekend in Como. The host gave us a warm welcome, and the place had what you'd expect in a regular home, from kitchen utensils and cutlery to a washing machine. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The balcony was such a lovely place to sit in the evening and watch the sunset 😊😊😀😀. The apartment was comfortable, with a beautiful view and excellent wifi. There's a supermarket close by too. It felt really nice 🥰🥰.
