The reception team were warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, that was the only good part of our one-night stay. Housekeeping came to our room three times. The first visit was at 7 a.m., to see if we had already checked out. Later, staff spoke loudly in the hall and seemed to shout at guests to hurry up and leave so they could clean. We felt pushed out, which made the stay really unpleasant. It’s a shame the housekeeping experience wiped out the good impression from reception.

We could hear the teenagers on our floor running, laughing, and talking loudly, and the phone rang at random. The stay was extremely unpleasant. For a room booked for two, we were given only one set of towels. The room was spacious, but dated. The shower drain was clogged, the bathtub leaked, and we found a bug crawling on the wall. The pillows were old and flat, with hardly any comfort or fluff. I expected more from American hotel standards and from a Best Western property. At best, it felt like a 2.5-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Breakfast was good, and the cleaning staff were very kind. The room itself looked nice, but the bathroom could use renovation. We could hear all the neighbors, and the AC outside was a bit disturbing. For a four-star place at that price, I’d hoped for better.

We came during Christmas and had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The hotel is near most essential services, and the free parking was a real plus. Breakfast had a very good range of choices. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive.

There was a great spread of hot food at the buffet, along with good Italian cold cuts. The mortadella was wonderful. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom was too. It was very quiet, and there was plenty of free parking.
