The price is fair, and the apartment is basic but functional. In summer, the floor air conditioner with a tube out through the wall takes a long time to cool the room, though it does work. The bed is very firm, with two mattresses pushed together. The bathroom and shower are good. There's an elevator. I think an electric kettle should be provided.

We were bike touring and could store our bikes in a locked building around the corner. The place was clean and quiet enough, and the air conditioning worked well. We only stayed one night, though it seems designed for longer residential stays. There was a well-stocked kitchenette with pots, pans, plates, silverware, an espresso maker, and more, plus a loft with a second bedroom and a large couch. It felt more like upperclassman housing at a university than a hotel. Communication took a little effort since we don't speak Italian and the woman at reception spoke only Italian and Russian, but we managed.

The room felt a bit dated, though it was clean and worked fine for our two-night stay. The location was the real plus, close to both the historic center and the train station.
