Calling these hospital rooms feels more accurate than calling this a hotel. The extra beds are a disaster, and even the hospital beds are better. A complete mess, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. All the worst for this hotel.

I’d come back to Sanremo and stay here again. The pool was amazing, and I hadn’t even known they had one. Staff were very friendly, and from the balcony there’s a beautiful sea view. It’s also close to the main attractions and the train station.

There are lots of parking spaces in the hotel garden, and the pool is beautiful. The food is excellent and varied. The dining room staff are kind and happy to meet every request. Recommended.

I asked for a refund, but they refused. I didn’t want to pay for a room with a shower that didn’t work properly and felt dangerous to stay in. While I was showering, water came through the wall into the room next door, ran over an electrical outlet, and cut the power. That was life-threatening.

The pool and restaurant were both great, and I’ll definitely be back. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, which impressed me. Staff also helped me deal with an issue and went above and beyond to try to sort it out.
