Agriturismo La Forcina

The reviews led our group of six adults to choose agriturismo la Forcina for a day trip to sant'agata, and they proved true. We were delighted with the visit and will definitely return. The old farmhouse has been renovated nicely, with a cozy dining room and a large fireplace that, to our surprise and pleasure, was lit. The owner welcomed us, and he has the same name as me. He was very courteous and pleasant. We ate extremely well, and the full-bodied, flavorful aglianico wine was even better. To finish, we had a dessert I’d nearly forgotten, zuppa inglese, along with a tasting of several locally made liqueurs. The hazelnut wine and the berry liqueur were especially notable.

The staff were kind and attentive, and their welcome made our visit a pleasure. The chef was very professional and experienced. We enjoyed generous servings of delicious food made with local ingredients, and the value for money was perfect. The building looks lovely from outside, while indoors it’s tidy and welcoming, with a particularly beautiful fireplace in one of the rooms. They also showed me the rooms, which were just as welcoming and attractive. We’ll be back soon. Thanks to everyone at La Forcina. ❤️

It’s a comfortable, spacious room, and the Wi-Fi is real, with no log-in and a very fast connection. The place is surrounded by greenery and has excellent food at affordable prices. Mr. Giuseppe is fantastic, kind, polite, helpful, welcoming, and more. We’ll return as soon as we can. I’d recommend it if you need to switch off for a while.

The food was delicious, with local specialties from their own production, and the grilled meats were especially good. We spent Saturday and Sunday there this weekend, and the whole property was beautiful and welcoming, with a lovely pool and spacious, clean, air-conditioned rooms. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Mr. Giuseppe is charming, very kind, and helpful, and Mr. Pasquale showed us to our rooms and was just as helpful. He made us feel at home straight away. A special mention for Pasquale, who always served us with a smile. We had a harmonious, carefree weekend and plenty of time to relax, surrounded by nature and away from everyday chaos.
