The breakfast was a real highlight: lots of yogurt in different flavors, granola, fruit, warm croissants, biscuits, and cake. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment, pool, and panoramic view were all stunning. The whole experience was beyond what I expected, and I’d consider coming back.

The hostess was so kind and attentive, and breakfast was really good, starting with fresh bread and cold cuts. We found the rooms comfortable and clean. It’s a beautiful property in a great spot near Urbino and several smaller towns worth visiting. Surrounded by nature, it must be a little paradise in summer. Highly recommended.

The place was beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool. We spent four completely relaxing days there, welcomed by the very kind Giulia and spoiled with spectacular breakfasts from Liliana and Silvia. Highly recommended.

We arrived for Friday to Monday, but added another night because the place and the people running it were so nice. Everything was neat and clean, including the lovely pool, and the surroundings were quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was the best we had on our 14-day tour of Italy. A 10 out of 10 for us 🥰 Highly recommended.
