We had a wonderful two-night stay at Marieta Rooms while we were in Sarzana for the FreeFood Festival. Everything was spotless, and the room and bathroom smelled fresh. The location worked really well, including for the beach, which is a 15-minute drive away. There are free and paid parking spots within 200-300 meters. Lorella was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

The exterior of this bed and breakfast isn't much to look at, but inside the rooms are excellent. They're spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated. It's close to the center of Sarzana, and the outside key locker setup makes check-in flexible and easy.

The welcome was warm and genuinely lovely. My room had plenty of charm, while still being practical in all the little details. They put a lot of care into making guests comfortable. It felt like being thoroughly spoiled.
