We were able to reach the owners by phone whenever we needed something, and they live just a short distance away. Access was easy with a code and a remote for the private parking barrier. The apartment was quiet, modern, clean, and set up with everything. It was cozy and better than we expected, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. We also loved spending time with their lovely cat Nina. The location worked well for visiting Cinque Terre and Sarzana, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks from Massimo and Vera, Francesco and Leonardo

The private parking was convenient, and the apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished, and supplied with all the amenities and appliances. It’s in peaceful countryside, yet only five minutes from Sarzana.
