I was only there for one night, and left wishing I could've stayed longer. Cristina made everything easy and was always available when I needed something. Check-in was simple, with clear instructions over WhatsApp/Facebook. The room had been renovated with care and was clean, practical, and nicely finished. Even though it faced a busy street, the windows kept the noise out, and the mattress was fantastic. Parking right outside in the historic center was a bonus, and breakfast at a great pastry shop rounded things off. I'd happily come back.

We stayed nine days, with two of us there for six of them, and found the room comfortable and furnished with good taste. Cristina was helpful and down to earth, and the self check-in setup was really handy. The location worked especially well, about 150 meters from Sarzana's center and within a few kilometers of places like Cinque Terre, Lerici, and Portovenere. Breakfast comes through an arrangement with the pastry shop just behind the accommodation, where the staff were friendly and the food was good. Great value for the price. I'd recommend it and would stay again.

After some rough nights with back pain, I finally slept well here. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the triple room was roomy and spotless. It had air conditioning, a fridge, Wi-Fi, and a generous shower, with liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo provided. It's right in central Sarzana, with free public parking out front and more nearby. The new double-glazed windows did a good job keeping out street noise. Breakfast vouchers cost €4 per person per day and can be used at the nearby GIUBEA pastry shop, which I thought was the best in Sarzana. Cristina was kind and available, gave us restaurant and excursion suggestions, and helped us get essentials when we needed them. Thanks, Cristina. We'll be back.
