We spent a week at this quiet villa surrounded by nature. The room was simple but suited us, with its own bathroom, and the staff kept it in excellent order. Franca and Antonello were very kind and took care of every request. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was served on the sea-view terrace. Nights were pleasantly cool, so the ceiling fans were enough and we didn’t need the air conditioning. The beach is a few kilometers away. There’s a bus, though having a car is much more convenient.

Antonello and Franca made us feel welcome, and we’d gladly return. Their country villa is a few kilometers from Platamona beach, set among nature. At night, the little pond by the entrance brings the sound of croaking frogs. It’s a lovely stay for nature lovers, with a bird aviary, a beautiful cat wandering the big garden, and five very affectionate, friendly dogs. The dogs were kept in another part of the property when we arrived, and we were the ones who asked to meet them.

The view from the terrace was fantastic, and breakfast was plentiful. Antonello and Franca are genuinely lovely people, and the room was very comfortable. Three little dogs and two cats came to greet us too. The rooster had been sent off to summer camp for the holidays, sadly.

For a chance to switch off and relax, this lovely place surrounded by nature is a great choice, and it’s close to Platamona beach. Antonello and Franca are so kind and welcoming that you feel at home. Breakfast was superb. I highly recommend it.

A peaceful little retreat about 15 minutes from Sassari and Porto Torres, handy if you need to catch the first ferry of the day. The rooms are comfortable, and the hostess is lovely.
