Tiny Room

That little terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast, with its table and chairs. Inside, the food corner was packed with treats, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Our room was cute, practical, and full of thoughtful details; the bathroom was comfortable, spotless, and stocked with lots of products. Tiny Room is right in central Sassari, just a few steps from Piazza d'Italia, in a building with a distinctive almost American look. Luana was so kind and helpful. We stayed over the June 2nd long weekend and would definitely return. “Small things can offer great quality.” ❤️

Breakfast in the room was a real highlight: fruit, yogurt, milk, coffee choices, tea and herbal tea, cappuccino, cereal, crackers, breadsticks, cured meats, biscuits, waffles, and other snacks. The B&B is tucked into the historic center, just by Piazza d'Italia, and a handy ten-minute walk from Teatro Comunale. There are places to eat nearby at pretty much any hour. The room is compact but comfortable, with Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning that both work well, a good mattress and pillows, and plenty of room for bags and clothes. The bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Luana is genuinely helpful and kind. Great value, I definitely recommend it!

The bed was especially comfortable, with a great mattress and even latex pillows. Breakfast was another standout, generous and varied, more like what you'd expect at a first-class hotel. This B&B sits in an elegant part of Sassari, in a stately condominium. Its own entrance through an inner courtyard makes it feel private and peaceful. There's also a small balcony table for sitting outside with a drink. The windowed bathroom comes with a full set of toiletries, a nice extra. For me, it's the best B&B in Sassari.

Luana had thought of everything for us, from shampoo and shower gel to water, juice, tea, yogurt, snacks, and a breakfast with both sweet and savory choices. The bathroom was just as spotless as the room, which was perfectly tidy too. It was our first time in Sassari, and her extraordinary Tiny Room is only a few steps from Piazza Italia. A real little gem.
