The rooms were barely cleaned before we arrived, and there were hardly any normal cups or drinking glasses. The sofa bed was awful, like sitting in a dentist’s chair, and it hurt my back. Staff were rude, unreachable, and none of them spoke English. At the end of the week, they threatened to call the police when we put our bags in the hallway, where we’d been told to leave them. A very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

On the last day, we were told we could leave our things in the building while we waited for the bus, but then staff wouldn’t let them stay there. With no communication, they moved our belongings and damaged some personal property. The day before we left, they had also come into the room without knocking while people were still asleep. The room had no sunlight and barely any cooking equipment, and there was no lobby or reception in the building. The staff were absolutely disrespectful. This is unacceptable, and the building should be closed.

The stay itself was alright, but the service afterward was atrocious. We left our rooms at 9:00 and had a bus home at 20:00. We were told we could leave our suitcases and bags at the complex entrance. Later, we were told to move them to the second floor because they couldn’t stay there. Then we got a message saying the owners were putting the bags outside, and they even threw them down the stairs. They stopped when we filmed them carrying our things out and tossing them down, but after more discussion we were still told to put the bags outside.

Getting outside and seeing daylight was the best part, along with the Carrefore downstairs. Inside, the apartment felt like a prison. There was no natural light, just one window on the winter balcony facing a brick wall. The shower was coming off the wall, the tiny stall was hard to get into, and its doors felt unsafe. There was no soap or other basic welcome supplies. The apartment was two flights up with no lift, and the corridors were so dark they felt like stepping into an abyss. We could hear neighbouring guests using the toilet or shower and worried the floor might give way. It might suit students or people who only plan to sleep there, but it wasn’t right for our family. The location was okay. Clotes ski lift was around a 10-minute uphill walk. Beginners would need to take a bus or hike at least 20 minutes to the Sporting lift, which goes up to the ski schools. You’d be better off staying farther up the hill.
