The host looked after all our needs so well. This beautiful B&B has a spectacular view of Scilla and the sea, and its location is great, close to restaurants, cafes, and bars, with a short walk down to the beautiful blue beach. Scilla is an amazing place in Calabria, and this was a perfect base to enjoy it.

The sea view from the clean, nice rooms was lovely, and the area is beautiful too. The owner was kind and friendly. Breakfast was great, with occhio di bue biscuits, a typical Italian biscuit with apricot jam or chocolate, plus lots of croissants, tarts and cakes, coffee and cappuccino. Scilla is beautiful. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea was a highlight. We stayed at B&B Chianalea in the middle week of June and fell in love with the place. Our second-floor room was clean and spacious, with its own balcony, and breakfast, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi were included. Demetrio welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips for making the most of the stay. The B&B sits on one of the quaint lanes in the little village of Chianalea, an easy walk from Scilla and Marina Grande beach. Free parking was easy to find by the harbor, not far away. We hope to come back soon for another stay and to enjoy Chianalea's crystal-clear sea.

We only stayed two days, but Mr. Demetrio made us feel very welcome and was especially helpful, encouraging us to explore different places. Our triple room was cozy and comfortable, and would work well for children too. Definitely recommend it.
