B&B San Marco

We booked the park and hotel package for a trip to MagicLand. The B&B felt cute and welcoming, and it was clean and tidy, clearly looked after. The owner was kind and helpful.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and there’s a cozy bar opposite the B&B with specialty croissants that stays open late. It’s about 30 minutes from Rome and from the parks. The place is lovely, surrounded by nature, and we even saw a friendly fox wandering around. The beds were really comfortable, with clean sheets and duvets free of dust. Hot water was the one problem: if the B&B is full and everyone showers at once, the water turns cold and it’s impossible to shower.

Really quiet spot, and the place was comfortable and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. Breakfast at the bar across the street was excellent too. Recommended.

The owner is friendly and the place feels welcoming, but there seems to be confusion between him and the owner of the bar where breakfast is served. I went there this morning with my daughter. I ordered a croissant and cappuccino, she had a pizza, and we ended up disagreeing with the bartender. I’m not bothered by the euro he asked for the pizza. It was the way he explained things poorly. I wonder if Mr. Ettore knows about these little games the bartender plays? I think the bartender went to Ettore to get paid for both breakfasts even though he’d taken the €1 for the pizza. And I don’t see why it should matter whether I’m given a croissant or a pizza. My advice to Ettore is to take another look at Bar San Marco. The bartender is grumpy, maybe only with people from out of town. I hope that’s the case for his sake.
