The location worked perfectly for places like Seceda, Gran Cir, Ortisei, Alpe di Siusi, and Lago di Carezza. We had parking right in front with a card from check-in, and got free bus tickets for our whole stay. After hiking, it was great to relax in the sauna and steam room. You need to book ahead, or they won't be turned on. Our four nights at Hotel Ingram in September, with half board, were a real pleasure. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything spotless. It's a proper family-run place, with incredibly friendly staff who made us feel welcome straight away. They speak German and Italian, and most also speak English. Breakfast was great, with a big buffet where you could take whatever you wanted. Dinner in the restaurant started at 19:15 with a salad bar, followed by four delicious courses. We'd never eaten this well at a hotel, especially on half board. Everything was fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. On our last night, we even got a six-course candlelight dinner, which was a lovely surprise. The value for money was excellent, especially for the food and friendly service. We loved our stay from start to finish and would definitely recommend Hotel Ingram as a warm, cozy, delicious base in Val Gardena.

Dinner was the highlight of our two-night stay. We chose half board mainly so we wouldn't have to go out in the evenings, and I hadn't expected such good food and service. The attention to detail was impressive: immaculate silverware, plates, and cutlery, thoughtful presentation, and superb flavors. I could feel the care and love put into everything at this hotel. We were hiking nearby as part of a longer trip and instantly wished we'd stayed more than two nights. The family atmosphere was there as soon as we walked in, and our room was spotless. The hotel is well situated for lots of nice hikes, and the complimentary bus pass made it easy to get around. We loved the place and would definitely return if we hike in Italy again.

They had a bar where we could get an afternoon beer after returning from a hike, and the set evening meal was a delight, with some really well-cooked dishes. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Our room was comfortable, with the large modern bathroom we requested, including a shower. There was no fridge, but that didn't bother us. From the moment we walked through the door, it felt like we'd picked a lovely family-run place. They were very helpful with maps, a parking ticket for outside the hotel, and a bus pass for our stay. Definitely recommended.

Free bus tickets made it super easy to explore the area, and free parking was a huge bonus. The location was perfect, close to major hiking trails. We had a spacious room with a spotless, modern, newly refurbished bathroom. The atmosphere at this family-run hotel was warm and inviting, and the front desk staff were always helpful and responsive, making sure our needs were met. An excellent stay, highly recommended!

Laura and Lydia made sure everything about our stay went smoothly, and the sauna was excellent. This was our second visit to Hotel Ingram, and it impressed us just as much as the first. We stayed for two weeks, with a different menu each week, and both the evening meals and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were beautiful and clean. It deserves five stars, and we'd happily recommend it and come back.
