The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and we’d happily stay at Hotel Serena again. You can ski straight from the hotel, and the centre is just a five-minute walk away. The secure, key-card boot room is handy, with only one flight of stairs between it and the slopes. Breakfast offered lots of options, including fruit, yoghurt, cereal, eggs, cheese, meats, bread and cake. Dinner was very good too, with four courses. We chose the starter and main at breakfast, and the portions were sensible while the quality was great. Our room was quiet, with a very comfortable bed and good storage. The bathroom was a little small.

The family made us feel so welcome at this beautiful chalet in a beautiful place. They went out of their way to arrange everything, and their itinerary suggestions were accurate and brilliant. It’s easy to see why guests return year after year. We’ll be coming back too. :)

I’ve never booked a return visit before, but we’ve already reserved our stay for next year. We had an amazing week in Sëlva at Hotel Serena. Mickey, Mario and family are so warm and welcoming, and this is the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in. The food was great, and the rooms were very clean, each with an amazing view.

The slopes are right outside this cozy, family-run hotel, so we could ski in and out without hauling our gear across town each morning and evening. The area is stunning, and we’d highly recommend staying here. The staff were lovely and always ready to help, and dinner was yummy with very generous portions. We had a wonderful stay.

The food was amazing and the location was perfect, with direct access to the slopes. Everyone at Hotel Serena was super friendly. They also made sure there were plenty of things I could eat despite my lactose intolerance, including desserts, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!
