Mr. Fulvio was attentive and always ready to help us find the area's most fascinating places. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was clean and well kept. Staying in this lovely village felt like stepping back in time, with its charming lanes and genuine atmosphere, right in the heart of Maremma. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a real sense of history and nature.

The owner was so kind and helpful. We spent two nights in this welcoming, peaceful village, where walking the narrow streets and finding tucked-away corners was a pleasure. It felt like a little trip back in time, and each spot seemed to have its own story.

Fulvio was such a kind, helpful person, and we'll be back. The room was cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed and even two bathrooms. From the balcony, the view was stunning, and Semproniano itself is a quiet village full of history. It has all the basics close by, including a bar, grocery store, post office, and tobacconist, and the Mill Falls are just 12 km away. Fulvio also lent us a Wi-Fi modem, though we didn't use it since reception was excellent.

The gentleman who greeted us was warm and friendly, and parking was easy to find. The village has a quaint, family-friendly feel. We stayed in a comfortable room in an old house, thoughtfully designed with a four-poster bed and a kitchenette tucked into a cupboard. I liked how the old and new details came together. The idea of spreading a hotel across several buildings is wonderful, and a way to bring life back to a village that's losing residents.
