The room had a great mountain view, a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a clean bathroom that worked well for two. We arrived late, just before check-in closed, and the receptionist, whose name we never got, drove us to a nearby pizzeria before it shut, then brought us back. Such a kind person, thanks again if you happen to read this. At breakfast we met Claudia, who made us Cafe lait's, kept our glasses filled, joked and laughed with us, and was so excited when we laughed too. She made our whole day. The breakfast was great as well. A wonderful stay.

The room’s American state theme is a clever touch, and it felt modern, with lots of outlets and USB sockets. It was spacious and airy, with air conditioning and a superb bathroom. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and they spoke English even though I know very little Italian. The restaurant food was excellent, and breakfast was very good too. Claudia made me what may have been the best espresso I’ve ever had, she’s a real credit to the hotel. I was only there for one night during a motorcycle tour through Europe, but it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d like to spend longer there. Parking is limited, though, and the hotel is a real gem with an amazing team.

The bed was the standout, super comfortable. The hotel is quiet and conveniently placed just outside Tirano, with friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms.

The staff were friendly, and the views were good, though the hotel is a little remote from town. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The restaurant served tasty, good quality food at reasonable prices.
