Capriccio Art Hotel

Fabio made a point of looking after us, from suggesting nearby places to eat to helping with our bags after checkout. The pizza he recommended was one of the best we’ve had on this trip, and it was very reasonably priced. When we came back from some last-minute shopping, he loaded everything into the car and brought us cold water and an ice-cold Americano on a hot summer day. We booked Capriccio Art Hotel mostly for the outlet mall and hadn’t researched much beyond the room size. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for the four of us. We spent two days there and found the whole team very friendly and helpful. It made our short visit to the Serravalle outlet area memorable, and I’d happily recommend it.

We stayed in room 207 on 24 June 2025. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and has free parking with a safe. The staff were kind and helpful. There’s no elevator, which can make heavy suitcases a challenge. A lady offered to carry mine, but I couldn’t let her because it was too heavy for her. I enjoyed my stay.

The people are what keep bringing us back to Capriccio. Fabio, Paola, Margarita, and Lionella made us feel so well cared for, and the rooms are beautiful, very clean, and have all the essentials, comfortable beds, and a nice view. Sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone’s name. We’ve stayed three times, most recently in October 2024. Every visit feels like coming home. It’s one of our favorite hotels. Thank you!

The restaurant inside the hotel was a real highlight, with tasty food, lots of choice, and good prices. I was also impressed by the interior and the cozy atmosphere. There are only six rooms, which makes the place feel special. Everyone working there was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll be back soon!
