The service was among the best. A fantastic, amazing place.

We were a group of 19 there on August 15th, and our gazebos were ready when we arrived, along with the deckchairs and sunbeds we’d asked for. Breakfast was served by the pool with a croissant, ice cream, and espresso, and later there was fruit with prosecco. The pool was huge and clean, and lunch was more than five stars for us. The property is beautiful, spotless, and surrounded by nature. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout. There were even two fabulous peacocks, which made it feel like an oasis. We’ll definitely return, for other occasions too. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed with refreshing granitas in different flavors, then had a lunch of authentic, high-quality Calabrian dishes, beautifully cooked and presented. Service was prompt and attentive. The gardens are spacious, clean, and well kept, with flowerbeds, a lovely large pool, lounge furniture, and a playground for children. We met the owner, Cesare, during lunch, and heard he had overhauled the management system in just a few months. It was our first visit to this place on August 15th, and we left very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back to enjoy this truly unique spot in Calabria.

The staff made our stay especially relaxing. They were courteous, kind, attentive without being intrusive, and looked after everything from lunch and breakfast to poolside cocktails. The room was cleaned every day, which surprised me. We spent three nights here, and our plans to visit Catanzaro quickly gave way to simply enjoying the relais and doing nothing. The room was large and comfortable, with a safe, plasma TV, tea set, refrigerator, and a gigantic whirlpool tub. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. Inside, the building has tasteful details, soft warm lighting, flowers, and distinctive ornaments. Outside, the garden is carefully maintained, with lush plants and a respect for the land I haven’t seen everywhere. The very large pool is well kept and surrounded by greenery, with a view that brings you back to the world. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, umbrellas, and tables to choose from. Guests can use the pool 24 hours a day, though other guests also use it during the day. I can’t say whether the number of guests says anything about how a hotel is run, but everyone we met was pleasant: nice families and quiet, well-mannered young people enjoying a hot summer day. The price felt fair for all this, and the quality for the cost is among the best I’ve found in recent years. We hope to return.
