The hotel and agrishop are also part of the property, and the shop sells homemade products. The food is top quality, made with ingredients from their own farm, and there's a wide choice of wines and drinks. The atmosphere feels homely, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. A very positive experience, I'll definitely be back!

It's a very nice place, but the value for the food was extremely disappointing. We tried their beef costata, and the steaks were overcooked, among the worst prepared I've had in a long time. At 13 EUR per 100g, it was the most expensive and worst-cooked steak on the bone I've ever had.

It's a real farm with a restaurant, delicacy shop, wine makery, and a few rooms. The rooms are basic but clean, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The owner provides amazing service and breakfast, warm, friendly, genuine, and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, with homemade meat products and jam. There are lots of caves to explore nearby.

The team at Fattoria Carsica Bajta is welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious, with homemade prosciutto and sweets to choose from. The rooms are basic but clean, and dinner is fine. It's a great place to stay for a few days, with a convenient location for exploring the region. Triest, Slowenia, and the sea are all very quick to reach.
