I wish I could have stayed at least two more nights, but I didn't have the time. This was the best place I stayed during my trip through Europe, and I'd recommend it to solo travelers who want to feel welcome and safe, as well as to anyone else. It's just one block from the main square, close to good food and drinks and the lovely streets of Siena. The people looking after the accommodation were attentive from the moment I arrived. They took their time helping with whatever I needed and were always so willing to help. My room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the street. It had everything I needed, including soap, towels, and blankets, and the bed was so comfortable I slept past the time I meant to get up. Breakfast was delicious, with so much to choose from. Thanks so much for everything. I hope I can come back and stay longer.

We were in room 16 at RDV, and the Entrée Porte kept slamming through the night. We couldn't sleep. It carried on until 3 a.m., then started again at 7 a.m. When we tried to explain what was going on, the hotel manager wouldn't listen and threatened to call the police while we were still trying to understand the situation.

The room was comfortable, and booking was easy. Staff were friendly too. We visited in late spring or early summer, when it was pretty warm, but opening the large window brought in a nice breeze. The upper-floor room still felt very private. It's just a block or two from the main Campo, and I'd absolutely stay here again.

Chanel, the little dog, would come greet me every morning. I liked everything about my stay at this little family-owned gem. It had everything I needed to explore the city, and I'd stay there again.

A really peaceful room on the third floor, with a window looking out over some of the other rooftops. It was just right for travelling solo: everything I needed, nothing extra. The city center is close by, with nice cafes, bars, and shops around.
