Ivan made us feel very welcome, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. It’s great value, with two amazing terraces, a good kitchen, a nice sized bedroom and a modern bathroom. The apartment is a good size for two people and centrally placed for getting around Ortigia. Just remember there’s no car access, so plan ahead and follow the advice Calipso give.

Sitting on the terrace with a glass of cold white wine was a highlight. The apartment is spacious, spotless and has EVERYTHING you need to feel at home. We were welcomed with bath towels and some "pasta di mandorla" on the bed. The check-in guy was professional and polite, and gave us all the information we needed about transport and places to eat. It’s right in the historic centre, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Duomo, and easy to find. The guys even offered to reserve a free parking space for our car. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends. Grazie.

The apartments are quiet, carefully renovated and furnished, and all have air conditioning. Ulisse has two terraces, including one used as a solarium. Ivan and his staff are extremely kind and ready to help with anything. The location is central, just steps from the Temple of Apollo and the parking lot at the entrance to Ortigia. Highly recommended.

Ivan really went out of his way to sort things out after the air conditioning broke. He tried to repair it first, then found us another place when it was clear it couldn’t be fixed, at the same price or even a little less. He also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for the mix-up and drove us to the new accommodation. They made the apartment available earlier than expected, at 8:30 in the morning. The location is lovely and convenient, close to a parking area. We highly recommend this property, run by reliable, professional people.
