The location is convenient for the bus and train stations, and the main sights are within walking distance. Everything looked clean, the decor was nice, and the staff were helpful. But the beds were extremely uncomfortable and too small even for medium-sized adults, and the pillows weren't comfortable either. Breakfast was poor, though the coffee was good. There is no lift, and the phones in the rooms don't work, so getting anything means using the stairs. There's also no coffee-making setup in the room. We paid cash but never got a receipt, and the beds alone mean I wouldn't stay again.

I booked through booking and was told by text that the room I had reserved could only accommodate one person, although there were two of us. After that, communication stopped, and the reservation vanished from my account. On the arrival date, I received a message asking when I would arrive. I checked again and realized I somehow had two booking accounts, and the reservation hadn't been cancelled after all. I apologized, explained what happened, and cancelled it. They said I still had to pay the full amount because it was a last-minute cancellation, and charged me the entire price. I spent two weeks negotiating with booking, explaining the situation and asking for a refund, but the hotel refused to refund anything. I was charged 350euro for nothing. Good luck with your business, guys.

Everything felt perfect, and the staff were friendly every day. It's a family-run hotel, so it has a homey feel. The place was very clean, and breakfast was fresh and varied.

Kasum, the concierge and the face of the hotel, was warm, honest, and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, with nice rooms, and breakfast has plenty of varied options. You can enjoy it on the lovely terrace too. Such a lovely place, definitely worth five Google stars.

The service was very polite and helpful. The rooms have everything you really need, and breakfast is simple but good enough.
