A beautiful property with clean, well-equipped rooms. There's self check-in, a lovely view facing the river, and a bar of its own. I stayed one night and found everything really good.

We stayed the night before our flight. Check-in was easy through WhatsApp, though it wasn't face to face. A family member dropped us off, so we had no car. We hadn't realized the bar might be closed, and there's nothing nearby, so ask whether it's open and bring food and drinks if it isn't. Luckily, we found another hotel with a restaurant about a 15-minute walk away. The airport service was great, and the driver was professional and nice. The rooms are very basic and could have been cleaner. We found some crumbs and dust. I'd recommend the place, but check on the bar first, since we felt quite isolated.

Staying at an old dam site was such a unique experience. The room was bright, clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds and an amazing view of the dam. A lovely family runs the place. It's a hostel that seems geared toward backpackers, and parking may be tricky if you have a vehicle. It was low season and we had the room to ourselves, which is why we chose it and took advantage of the great rate. I loved having my morning coffee while listening to the leavers and the water. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent months ahead of time, throughout the stay, and even afterward to see how we liked it. It's convenient for MXP. Google Maps needs an address update, as it took us somewhere completely different. The correct address is Via Lungo Canale Villoresi, Somma Lombardo, VA, Italy.

The riverside location is really nice, but the room was small and the beds were unstable and small. Getting on or off the bed was difficult. The lower bed is very low, probably only suitable for children. I'm 1.73m tall, and adults and teenagers will hit their heads when sitting on it or getting up. Communication was hard because the hotel staff don't speak English. The airport transfer was in a mini car for four adults, and it could barely carry us and the driver. We had to keep our bags on our knees.
