Il Giardino Segreto

After nine days backpacking around Italy, we were exhausted, so having Netflix on the TV was a lifesaver. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a small balcony. The owner was so, so nice, and breakfast was wonderful. Definitely try her homemade jams, they’re delicious! Shops and restaurants are just downstairs, and it’s only an eight-minute walk to the beach via the lift. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it if you’re after some comfort and relaxation.

The location is great, right next to the square, and we’ll definitely be back. Vera was so attentive and sweet. She checked that we had our plans sorted and offered help setting up activities or making restaurant reservations. Breakfast was amazing. The room was a great size, had two balconies, and was immaculately clean. I can’t say enough about how clean everything was or how at home she made us feel. Highly recommend this place.

This was just right for what we needed, especially as a base for day trips from Sorrento. It’s a short walk from both the train station and the port. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, and breakfast and coffee each morning were delicious. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the mini fridge was restocked daily with complimentary water and soft drinks. The other reviews saying the same are right.

Such a little gem right in central Sorrento, with spacious, very clean rooms and tea and coffee facilities plus snacks. Vera is amazing and thinks of all the little things that help guests feel welcome and comfortable. We’ll be back. The homemade jams are something special too 😉
