We had a lot of food to choose from, and the menu changed each day, with grilled fish and meat every other day. The buffet service was plentiful, and there were plenty of waiters clearing and serving tables. I did notice a lot of food and drink left behind by people filling their plates and carafes, which seemed wasteful. The bar was almost all included from 1 pm to 11 pm, apart from bottled beer and spirits. Air conditioning worked throughout, rooms were kept clean, and umbrellas and loungers at both the beach and pool were included. The pools were clean and had lifeguards, as did the beach. There was also a lunch box for anyone heading out around midday. I went in the third week of July. The resort is well maintained, though it could use a makeover, and it's a good choice for families who don't want to go out and about.

The rooms were dirty, and more than half reportedly had broken air conditioning. The water came out yellow and tasted almost like tea. There were muddy pools, stained breakfast cloths that were never changed, and insects that looked like they'd been there for days or weeks in the restaurant window. The food itself was decent, but getting it meant queuing in single file like at a village fair. Guests were often arguing at reception about poor service, missing towels, and dirty sheets. Staff couldn't even sort out two missing pillows. There were also uncovered electrical cables and boxes in the gardens, which could be dangerous for children. When I asked for a refund, they said I hadn't paid. Considering all of this, I'll file a complaint with the NAS and hope places like this are closed. The place is practically filthy, badly managed, and the staff are terrible.

We were told through WhatsApp and other channels that check-in was at 4 pm, but didn't get our room until 5:30. On top of that, they demanded a club card fee of €6 per day, even though the agency booking had already included it, and said they wouldn't hand over the keys otherwise. Reception had a long queue and only one person working. He was incompetent and laughed at requests, apparently aware of the resort's problems. Everywhere looked filthy, smelly, and run-down. Our small, dirty room didn't look like the website photos. The double bed was two broken mattresses taped together with brown tape, with no mattress cover, just a sheet. The bathroom had no window, and the shower wouldn't drain, so it flooded after about 30 seconds. We called reception, but nobody came to fix it for two days, so we had to use the shared pool showers. Maintenance finally showed up after another reminder. The towels had brownish marks, though the receptionist said they were clean and the marks were “just” rust. The dining area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was embarrassing: a stuffy circus tent with no ventilation, dirty tables, cutlery, and glasses, and a very low-quality buffet. Food that fell on the floor was put back on the trays. The only edible thing was the fresh pizza, but they served one small piece per person, and even insulted us when we asked for two for the rest of the family. Otherwise, everyone would have been stuck in line forever. Water from the dispensers was yellowish or off-white and tasted questionable. There was mold everywhere. We didn't try the pool because we were told it had been closed after failing water tests. Thankfully we had a car, so we could leave this filthy resort, eat elsewhere, and visit different beaches. An experience to forget. Don't book here!

The two pools were very different: the one beside the restaurant was well kept, while the one between the two accommodation areas was closed in mid-June because it was dirty. When the people in the next room left, they left its door and window open. After two days with no lights on and nobody closing it, we looked inside and found food scattered on the floor and the room dirty. The resort is in a good spot, with a private beach and easy road access, but the hotel itself is very run down. Rooms near the beach seemed decent; the section farther inland, where we stayed, was much more neglected. Ours smelled musty, had a small wardrobe, and the tap water was yellow and undrinkable. We also had trouble getting a clothesline, as we were told there weren't enough. At least every room had air conditioning. The restaurant was chaotic. Nobody checked who was entitled to eat there, since they didn't ask for room numbers. Meal times were very limited, and tables were often already used, dirty, and uncleared unless you got there early. There didn't seem to be enough food for everyone, so you had to rush, especially for dessert, and there weren't enough staff to serve the tables. Communication could also be difficult, since many employees didn't understand Spanish well or speak English fluently. We don't recommend this place. The island is beautiful, but the stay made what could have been a very good trip feel mediocre, almost bad.

We left after just two days. The resort we were sold by Tourland tour operator was supposed to be four-star, but the photos bear no resemblance to reality. The place is falling apart, filthy, and the service is poor. There's no real beach, the restaurant has no air conditioning, and the food is bad.
