We stopped at the bar for a drink while sightseeing at Ponte Della Tori bridge, and the views were amazing. The atmosphere and service were just as good. The bar manager welcomed us and was keen to create a cocktail especially for me, and it was spot on. We were also looked after with loads of snacks and treats alongside our drinks. Such a hidden gem, and a must visit bar in Spoleto. You won’t be disappointed.

The views are breathtaking, and this enchanting hotel is full of history. The rooms are huge, and having breakfast included is a nice bonus. It’s only a few steps from town, yet stays really quiet. I’ll be back.

Being here in the middle of all that history is fascinating, and the place has a beauty of its own. It won’t suit everybody, and it needs some renewal work. Room42 has a special, almost magical feel, with lovers and famous couples having stayed there. I adored it. It’s a shame they no longer serve aperitivo with a view. Please bring it back!
