That pizza was so good!
Prices were high, and both the breakfast and coffee were poor.
The local dishes were delicious.
The owner’s attitude is what put us off coming back. Polite, reasonable requests were met with slow, irritated responses and remarks in Tyrolean dialect that seemed insulting or rude. We also had trouble at checkout: at 8:30 a.m. we had to wait indefinitely to settle the bill, even though we had a day of skiing ahead. The breakfast room had no clean tables, so we sat at one set for other guests without being told where to sit, and were impatiently asked why. Orders were often wrong, with extra or incorrect drinks, and the owner complained considerably about it. Dinner was cut short and breakfast closed early. The spa was frankly awful. The skiing location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, but other details made the stay less pleasant: the room had a sofa in an 1980s style, the ski room was uncomfortable, breakfast was limited and poorly stocked, dining room service was totally inefficient, and the stube smelled quite bad.
