Maddalena, who runs the house, is a golden person, platinum really :) I've traveled all over the world and never met anyone so kind. The house itself is gorgeous and right in the center of Stintino, with a very bright, spacious living room, two balconies, and three bedrooms. I'd have given it six stars without a second thought. TOP!
