Open the windows and you get fresh air along with an incredible view over the mountains and city rooftops. The shower is beautiful, and there's a handy kitchenette. The complex has a rustic, traditional charm and everything you need, with the center just a few steps away. The people were very kind and always available. Recommended.
The historic center is only a few minutes away on foot, and there is free parking nearby. We had a second-floor apartment with a rooftop terrace, but no elevator. Cleanliness and the services, including check-in and linens, could be better. There's no bidet in the bathroom or air conditioning.
It's in the center of Sulmona and has a quiet rooftop balcony. Breezes help with the heat since there is no air conditioning. The apartment is on the third floor, so getting luggage up is difficult, and it isn't suitable for anyone with reduced mobility or a disability. There are no cooking dishes or utensils. Parking is quite far away: you have to use a ZLT street to unload, then continue down the street to park.
We had the mini apartment, which was quite roomy and had a little terrace over Sulmona's rooftops. The location is excellent, just steps from the center, and free parking is close by. Recommended.
The manager was helpful and very kind, and showed us the places in the area that were worth seeing. Our apartment was clean and in a building in the historic center, with a kitchenette and a balcony facing the city.
