There’s a lot of potential here, and the property itself is beautiful. The pool has a timed hot tub that you switch on with a button outside the pool. The house is small, though, and there’s only one air conditioner in the kitchen. To cool every room, you have to give up privacy. The Wi-Fi that comes with the stay was so slow it was practically unusable. The bedding was poor quality, stained, and the mattresses were hard. The pillows were either too high or too low. The shower is tiny, and anyone can access the area overlooked by the bathroom window. The continental breakfast was minimal, one croissant per person, four mini jam packets, and a glass jug of fruit juice in the fridge. We paid an extra €40 to use the kitchenette, even though the room would have been the same without that fee, with just a note on paper asking us not to use it. The dishes were rusty or burnt and not properly washed, and the large stovetop didn’t work. But the main issue was the owner’s daughter’s rudeness. They’ve entrusted the property to someone who was incompetent, unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely unkind to guests. I understand why the other reviews were negative. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The sheets and pillowcases were old and worn, and covered in black hair. We took them off and slept without them. It was late, so I didn’t call the owner, as I didn’t think there was any point complaining by phone. We’ll never return, and I strongly advise against staying there. The place was filthy.

We had a relaxing weekend between the pool and the sea, and really appreciated being able to eat outdoors in the garden. The staff were excellent, and the whole place was kept with great care. Everything was very clean. Keep it up.
