The apartment was fantastic, with two bathrooms and an incredible view, and it worked perfectly for two adults and two kids. The team were very friendly and helpful. The bar staff were the best, especially the head of the staff at the bar, and reception gave us useful tips about restaurants and beaches. There are only five free parking spots in front of the hotel. Plenty of others cost 1 euro per hour, and installing the easypark app made parking in Italy no problem for us. I found this hotel while looking for good places on Booking, and it lived up to what I expected. Simply the best hotel I've found in Italy. I surely recommend it. Congratulations!

The breakfast buffet was top notch, and both the lobby and breakfast area felt fresh and cozy. The hotel looks nice from outside, and communication with reception before we arrived was perfect. I also want to mention how kind the young receptionists were. The rooms were a strange experience, though. They weren't as clean as they should be for a 4-star hotel, and some furniture and equipment was obsolete or broken, including the water tap and the AC in my room. I assume some rooms have been renovated while others haven't yet.

The breakfast was good, but our room and the upper floors were old, unlike the impressive-looking ground floor. There seemed to be little or no room maintenance, with things broken, loose, or shut down. The front desk didn't care about the poor room quality or the broken and unavailable items.

The team was wonderful, the rooms fantastic, and the view was incredible. It's very close to attractions in both the old and new town. Best breakfast ever.

We stayed for five nights and had a wonderful time. The room was large and very comfortable, breakfast was the best, and the staff made us feel welcome. All in all, a lovely experience. We'll definitely be back. A big thank you to everyone on the team 👏
