No breakfast, and they didn't even have hot water for my breakfast tea. There was a gym on the ground floor too, open until nearly midnight, with loud music and heavy thumping. I want my money back!

We booked for four, but the man said the booking was only for two and we'd have to pay extra. I showed him the booking, and he claimed we'd paid 26 instead of 44. I showed him again that we'd already paid 44. He then brought out two folding beds from a room set up for this kind of situation, probably not the first time this has happened. Their bed slats were old and partly broken, but when I said I could put them back in place, he said it was fine, so he could use that kind of strategy again. All four of us had to sleep in one tiny room, with a shared bathroom. The guy seemed kind of untrustworthy, even when he showed what looked like a security detail card or a police badge, I couldn't tell which. One good thing: breakfast is available 200 m from the accommodation.

The spacious room was the one strong point, but there wasn't much else that made the difference. The furniture and bathroom were weak, the TV was very small and hard to turn on, and there was no breakfast. It's a shame, because the place has potential.

We never even got inside. We waited in the sun from 9:00 AM until 2:30 PM for someone to open the door, but nobody showed up, after stringing us along all day. We were told they were at the beach. I had to book somewhere else and pay out of pocket. Shameful and rude. There are plenty of nearby B&Bs for the same price with much more respectful staff.
