The half-board was excellent value, and my friend and I felt at home in this welcoming hotel. The service was warm, and even though we arrived late, they offered us homemade pizza, which we really appreciated. Kronplatz isn’t ideally located from here, but it’s still easy to drive to. Two small things could be better: wellness closes at 6pm, which is definitely too early for skiers, and it would be useful to have an overnight low power EV charging station in the hotel parking.

We stayed a week ago for two nights as a group of about 50, with half-board. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and dinner and breakfast were excellent and plentiful. The staff were welcoming, very kind, and helpful. Excellent value for money, and we definitely recommend it.

The location is the one great thing. We asked for a room with a south-facing balcony, but were given a north-facing one without being told beforehand. The room was dated and unclean, the lights didn’t work, there was no hairdryer, and the showerhead fell apart. Breakfast was limited, and the dinner buffet was poor. The room was assigned by Tirolerhof Hotel, but the service wasn’t at a three-star level, so I can’t connect it with that hotel.
