Giovanni was very helpful and friendly. He let me check in early and keep my luggage there after checkout, so I could explore before my train without carrying it around. The room was spacious and very clean, with an amazing view of the Swabian Castle. I had a short but lovely holiday in this distinctive B&B, conveniently placed near the beach, historic center, and local area. Highly recommended!

Teresa was the real highlight for me. She welcomes you so warmly, explains all the little details, and is kind and friendly in a way that makes it easy to trust her. The property itself is right in the heart of Termoli, close to the port, old town, sea, main street, and restaurants. I stayed here in August 2023 as a base for the Tremiti Islands. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent bed, soft mattress, and comfortable pillows. The sheets were fresh and smelled good. From the balcony I could see the sea, port, and castle tower. The coffee was excellent, too, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here, especially since Termoli is so beautiful.

Teresa was wonderful with us, knowledgeable and sociable, with that lovely family warmth. After I left, she noticed I’d forgotten an accessory in the room and went out of her way to contact me about it. The property is comfortable and centrally located, facing the castle and close to the port and Termoli’s beautiful sandy beaches. Two days just weren’t enough. We’ll gladly come back, and we’ll stay at IAMARTINO again. Thanks, see you next time!

Looking out at the castle and sea first thing in the morning is priceless. The place is central, only minutes from the beach, port, main street, and old town. Our room was spotless and carefully kept. At check-in, Mrs. Teresa greeted us with a smile and was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll definitely return and would highly recommend it.
