Hotel Hillebrand

The rooms feel a bit rustic, with plywood acoustic walls, and the beds won't suit everyone. Still, the place is run and cared for with such warmth and friendliness that any South Tyrol tour should include a few nights here. Breakfast is perfect, and the coffee beats what I've had in any café. There's also an ice cream cabinet in the bar area, with more flavors than most ice cream parlors. ❤️🍧❤️

The location is beautiful, and we were welcomed warmly by the bartender. Everything was clean and tidy, and there's even a small elevator. We booked this affordable hotel for our South Tyrol holiday through the South Tyrol website. Breakfast, free parking, and the South Tyrol Pass were included. Breakfast was generous and varied, with coffee and cappuccino served at our table. A few things could be modernized. In the breakfast room and pool area, it would be nice to open the windows more so we could enjoy the panoramic views better. Beds may feel too firm for some guests. Evenings are a little cooler up here in the mountains during summer, so as someone who enjoys saunas, I was looking forward to that luxury and think it would be a lovely addition to the pool. We were very satisfied with our stay, especially because the staff were so helpful and accommodating.

We came as a motorcycle group and were met with excellent hospitality and meals. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and special requests were no trouble at all. The food was outstanding, everything I ate was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful. Our rooms were very clean and well maintained. Having the house's own elevator made hauling all our bags much easier. I felt very comfortable and will gladly come back. Keep up the good work!

We'd heard about this hotel from a recommendation and were glad we tried it. The reception staff and waitstaff were friendly, always ready with a joke. Rooms are clean and functional, with everything you need. There's a pool for swimming with a view of the South Tyrolean mountains, and breakfast has all the essentials for starting the day well. In the evening, you can pick something delicious from the restaurant menu. I'll definitely return and set out on my tours from here.
