It was good value, and the location is handy for watching the trains pass right by the hotel. My room was clean and functional. The one thing I missed was a hand with my bag on the stairs. The man who gave me the key didn’t offer, or show me where the light switch was. The landing behind the door was pitch black. In all my other stays in Italy, someone had offered to help.

The room was nice, and the balcony had enough space for a table and chairs. Views and location were wonderful, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. The shower was pretty tiny.

The view from our room was lovely, and we really enjoyed it. Sleeping was harder: the bed creaked, and we could hear people in the hallway and next door. The room itself felt unusual, the shower was tiny, and there was a strange smell in the bathroom.

I picked this hotel for its easy train access, and the 15-20 minute walk to the station worked well for me. There was plenty of free street parking too. The room was pleasant and clean, though the bathroom felt cramped. I liked relaxing on the balcony. Breakfast was fine, but a little repetitive, and fried eggs weren't available.

The washroom was spotless and had a view, and the mountain covered in greenery was beautiful. It’s a lovely area with very kind people. I was also impressed by the art in the church next door. Loved it.
